Los ingredientes también son muy simples. Necesitaremos:
4 huevos
Since I saw
this cake on Pinterest (via Modern Taste) , I wanted to do . A simple liquid
mass becomes a three-layer cake filled? ? Incredible, doesn’t it? It's true,
and it is very very easy to do. There are many versions of this cake, which I’ll
post later, but today we will start with the basic.
The
ingredients are also very simple. We will need:
4 eggs
130 g icing
sugar
125 g
butter (melted and cooled)
115 grams
of flour
pinch of
salt
500 ml of
warm milk
1
tablespoon water
1
tablespoon vanilla extract
a few drops
of lemon juice
All
components must be at room temperature.
Separate
the yolks of proteins. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, water and vanilla in a
smooth, since they are light and fluffy. Add the melted butter and mix to join.
Sift the flour and salt and add to eggs mixture. Finally, pour the hot milk and combine all
ingredients well.
Mix the
proteins hard with lemon juice. Add to the dough, with the eggs mix, into three
parts, stirring gently until it will be well mixed. Because the mass is very rare,
the most convenient way is to do it with a fork.
Put the
dough into a 22x22 cm approximately (this may be another similar volumes) cake-pan
with paper -lined. Bake at 170 ° C for about 1 hour. After, Let the cake rest
over three hours, or if you want keep it cold one hour and then you put it in
the fridge. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
And you already have this delicious cake or magical cake, perfect to enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea on autumn evenings.
Try it, you'll see as repeat it!!
A kiss
